Before creating these products, Lauren Butler the CEO and Founder of Nava Hair had difficulty understanding and dealing with her hair. She could not realize her true hair and therefore could not love it. In a society where women of color have been told that their natural hair does not fit European beauty standards, Butler understood why it was so difficult for her and those around her to love their hair. After experimenting with ayurvedic oils over the past 5 years, Butler created a solution that allowed for healthy, manageable hair while reinforcing your natural curl pattern.
